Emilio Sauceda
Paralegal
Drafts your financial affidavit and chases the bank statements, so you don’t have to.

Family lawyer and founder
Teodora opened the office after ten years of watching parents take unpaid days off to sit in waiting rooms.
She keeps the practice to divorce, custody and mediation, and keeps it small on purpose: four people who know every client’s name and every child’s school.
Saturday mornings started as a favor to one nurse who couldn’t get a weekday off. They’re now the busiest hours of the week.
Outside the office she coaches a youth soccer team at a park near Lake Underhill and admits to strong opinions about Cuban sandwiches.

Why Orlando
The office is on Mills Avenue, ten minutes from the Orange County Courthouse, with free parking out back.
Most of our clients live within a half-hour drive: Winter Park, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Apopka. If the drive is the hard part, the first meeting and most of the ones after it can happen on video.

The first meeting is free and there’s no pressure to hire us at the end of it.
The first meeting is free. Fees and court costs after that, such as filing and service fees, are set out in a written agreement before any work starts.
